What are the start times?

Click here to find your teams start time. The 20 mile will start at 7:20 and runner will be released in time trial format 1 runner every 10 seconds. The solo 26.2 and teams will start at 7:30am. Runners must maintain a 13:30min mile pace or faster. The finish line will close at 2:00pm

When do I get my race bib and shirt?

Teams will pick up their race bibs and shirts on race day starting at 7:00am. Team captains must pick up 15 min prior to starting the race.

How do I find a team?

You can join our team finder page on facebook here. Follow the instructions on the page. Or you can fill out our team finder option here and we will do our best to match you up with a team.

Do I need to bring my own water and nutrition?

There will be 2 aid stations on the course at mile 2.5, 3.5. These aid stations will have water and Gatorade Glacier Freeze. There will also be a food in the race village area. Teams can also bring their own food to support their runners.

How do I confirm all my teammates are registered?

How is the MN RUN Relay and marathon scored ?

All team sizes will compete for an overall team time in categories of male, female and coed. The top 3 teams in each category will receive a placement pin. The marathon and 20 mile category will be scored based on overall time for male and female. The first place male and female will get an award at the finish line.

Can I exchange out of the official exchange zone?

Yes, teams will be allowed to exchange outside of the official exchange zone as long as they cross the timing mat appropriately at the start and finish area. Each team is responsible for deciding where they want to exchange. You must exchange off of the running path. We recommend exchanging at mile markers. Miles 1 – 5 will be marked.

I purchased a parking voucher, where/how do I get this?

Parking vouchers will be emailed out the Wednesday before the event. This must be printed and turned in on race day. Click here if you need to purchase a parking pass.
