Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park
Registration Limited to 1,000 runners
Round up your friends and take on the new course for the MN Run Relay! This 26.2 mile relay run takes place at Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park which is just a 20 minute drive from Minneapolis. Team sizes can be 2 to 5 people. Each leg will be 5.24 miles and will cross over the Coon Rapids Dam with a certified marathon distance.
For the endurance runners out there there is also the option to take on the certified 20 mile and 26.2 mile routes.
Race village will include a food truck, music, fun games, socializing with other runners and a beautiful park.

The race is run on paved and turf trails within the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park.
Runners do not have exclusive use of the trail and are required to obey all pedestrian right-of-way laws.
Teams are responsible for transporting themselves to the park. Any team or individual vehicle will need an Anoka County Parks pass - or will need to purchase the parking voucher for race day. See Race Day Info for more details on parking at the race.
All teams must run faster than an average of 13:30 minute per mile pace in order to finish the race within the allotted time. The first wave starts at approximately 7:30am; the finish area will close at 2:00pm.

HOPE 4 Youth is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides innovative programming aimed at ending youth homelessness for those who are already homeless and those who are risk of becoming homeless. In 2018, 887 youth received some of the tools they needed to leave their status of homeless in the past.
